Vegetarians are supposed to be healthier than people who consume animal products. Scientifically it is known that a plant-based diet significantly enriches the quality health rather than consuming the flesh of farm raised animals. The number one groups of people who have the cancer in America are vegetarians. What are they are eating?

Even if your diet is plant based, you may not be as healthy as you think. It is becoming more difficult today to go to the supermarket and buy natural food. You may have researched and thought you are buying natural food, but it's so difficult because the company by law is not required to label GMO products that they sell you. Although, I made it a priority of doing extensive research of what I buy---it is overwhelming...


This can easily be resolved if the food manufacturers by law are required to label what they sell including all or any genetically modified organisms. I do not want to find out ever again that the tomato I purchased is GMO and has an organism, which makes it suck 80% of the moisture out of my body, dehydrating my body. I know it is difficult, but it can get worse, which is why no one must give up. Think about your children, your loved ones, your families, you say you want what is best for them. If you want a better world for your children or any one, it starts with what you put on their plate because when you eat right all else follows. You are what you eat, drink, and think.


1. Soy is a dangerous killer. George Washington Carver found many uses of soy such as plastic, paint, oil, and many others. You would not eat the piece of plastic of a car, but you would eat soy products. It is a feminine plant; soy can reverse gender: it can heighten a male's feminine attributes. Soy causes poor circulation and makes the blood thick.


2. Most fruits and vegetables vegetarians eat are hybrid, GMO foods and are crossbred. I know because I hear and read about what they claim to eat: yams, sugar cane, sweet potato, white Malanga, pumpkin, beets, aloe Vera, most beans, peanuts, seedless fruits, pineapple, garlic, celery, broccoli, eggplant, spinach, and so forth...

  1. Starch is a chemical, not a food. Starch is derived from hybridization because when a food is not natural it produces a chemical (starch). When a food is natural, it has a PH. of 7.0 or above. Vegetarians eat nothing but starch. You may wonder why they are sick and not living longer than the average junk food eaters.


You cannot eat starch and live long. Someone needs to tell them that they have been tricked into eating white flour, pasta, spaghetti, corn, wheat, grits, sugar, eggplant, pumpkin, beans, chestnuts, potatoes, squash, yams, sweet potato, rice, etc. When people consume starch, the body has to take nutrients from your blood and bones to make the food whole so that it can break it down and digest it.


You end doing more damage by depleting your body of its minerals to make something you eat which adds no value to your health. Starch has the cyanide, and it compromises the brain. For example, starch will cause you to daydream about fantastic delusions. Starches will eat away your hips and kneecaps.
