When should you sleep?
1. Ninety minutes after sunset, you are not supposed to be up because your body secretes important chemicals, such as melatonin and serotonin, which you need for proper neurological and overall health function.
2. How should you sleep?
You should sleep with your head facing north to be alignment with the earth magnetic pole. When you sleep in a direction such as your head facing south, west or east, you are putting a lot of stress on your organs, veins, and blood vessels. For example, you are sleeping facing south, but since your organs naturally pump the blood in the north direction, the magnetic pulling of the blood has to reroute it from south to north, therefore, putting more work on your organs and stressing them more.
