Healthy habits to help prevent heart disease symptoms:
Heart disease is the number one killer in the United States and the western world. Below are some healthy heart tips to help avoid heart disease.
*Drink at least 65 ounces of water a day- As a rule; drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily. For a person weighing 140-pound- that's 70 ounces.
* use only vitamin supplement made from whole organic foods- say no to non GMO foods. The molecular structures of organic vine-ripped supplements are complete. GMO's have uncharacteristic behavior from the original plant, for example, a cross bred tomato will suck moister or water from your body; it was originally crossbred to have a long shelf life without being rotten. The down side of that is the tomato wants to do that long after it have been eating by absorbing the water from your body. I only eat the natural tomato- the plum tomato (long and small, check out the healthy food guide).
* Get your essential fatty acids, raw nuts, and seeds.
* Get your protein from grains, raw nuts, and raw seeds.
* Walk at least half hour a day- walking has an important effect on relieving stress on the human body. Walking will significantly and rapidly affect the adrenal stress response in your body. When I walked, I do it long enough until I become exhausted; until my face becomes oily- release by the body from the brain. This oil is highly toxic and it releases from the body early hours and I have to walk to the point that I'm exhausted, and then my face and forehead begin to get oily right before I start to sweat.
